Lilly LEAP Project Update & Site Tour
Join the Indiana Construction Roundtable on Friday, June 12th for a unique, on-site learning experience at one of the largest and most significant construction projects currently underway in Indiana—the Eli Lilly & Company LEAP (Limitless Exploration/Advanced Pace) project in Lebanon.
This ICR June education event will feature a project update and educational briefing from Lilly, followed by an optional guided tour of the LEAP project site (limited to the first 50 people who register). Attendees will gain firsthand insight into the scale, complexity, and coordination required for a transformative megaproject of this magnitude, as well as its impact on Indiana’s economy and construction industry.
In 2022, Lilly announced plans to invest in two new manufacturing sites at the LEAP District. In 2024, Lilly announced it would manufacture its obesity and weight-loss drugs Mounjaro and Zepbound at Lilly Lebanon API which is anticipated to open in 2027. On May 6, 2026, Lilly announced an additional $4.5 billion investment in the LEAP district making their total investment to date approximately $18 billion. This will be a first-hand way to learn about Indiana’s largest current capital project.

Event Format & Registration Details
All attendees must register for the education portion, which will include the project update and discussion.

During registration, attendees will have the option to sign up for the project site tour by checking an additional box and submitting attendee names in advance. This box must be checked to reserve a tour spot.

Because advance security clearance is required, attendee names must be provided at registration, and registration will close promptly end of day on Monday, June 8. No late registrations, name additions, or substitutions will be accepted after this deadline.
Following the education session, registered tour participants will be bussed to the LEAP project site for a guided, on-site experience and closer look at active construction operations. Additional tour logistics will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event date.
Space is limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged.
