This program will spotlight the incredible work being done by Ascend Indiana to strengthen the pipeline of talent in other industry talent associations—work that could have meaningful implications for the construction industry.
Following the presentation there will be a dynamic panel discussion where those in the construction industry will share insights and takeaways from their recent trip to Switzerland, where they explored global approaches to education and workforce development.
