Teaming on Construction Projects

As more owners adopt a teaming approach to project delivery, a range of questions, concerns, and exciting opportunities arise. A teaming relationship is a strategic alliance between two or more contractors, each bringing complementary yet distinct skills and resources to provide the customer with a cohesive plan for project success.

What’s driving this shift? Is this a model poised to grow and evolve? And most importantly, how can your firm embrace this approach while ensuring strong relationships with customers, delivery partners, and employees? Transitioning from viewing a former competitor as a partner requires a thoughtful strategy and a willingness to adapt.

To help you navigate these challenges and opportunities, we’ve assembled a team of seasoned construction industry professionals, each representing key roles across the delivery process. Together, we’re ready to explore how firms can thrive in this collaborative model while fostering solid, lasting partnerships.
