Vince Wong, BioCrossroads
Vince Wong brings significant valuable multi-national and start-up company experience to BioCrossroads. Vince, who became CEO on January 31, 2024, most recently was chief commercial officer at Geneoscopy, a venture-backed start-up company focused on developing gastrointestinal diagnostics. His responsibilities included business development, government affairs, market access, sales, marketing, and communications. He also helped raise over $100M in venture capital. Vince serves as a director on the board of Bionano Genomics (Nasdaq: BNGO) and Executive in Residence with IU Ventures. Prior to Geneoscopy, Vince enjoyed an 18-year career at Roche Diagnostics, where he held senior leadership roles in several functions across various disease areas.
A native Hoosier, Vince has deep Indiana roots and has served on the boards of numerous civic and arts organizations, and currently serves on the boards of both OrthoWORX and the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute and was recognized among both the 40 Under Forty and Indiana 250 by the Indianapolis Business Journal. He earned a BA in economics and government from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Dedric Day, Eli Lilly & Company
Dedric Day has worked at Eli Lilly and Company for 21 years since graduating with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He has held leadership roles in engineering, operations, and technical services/manufacturing sciences in manufacturing modalities including API, Dry Products Packaging, and Device Manufacturing as well as being Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
His most recent experiences were in a global role as the Sr. Director of the Process Engineering Center as part of Eli Lilly and Company’s central engineering organization, providing strategic business improvements across all manufacturing sites within Lilly as well as resourcing subject matter experts to speed the delivery of the new manufacturing sites. In July of 2023, Dedric accepted the newly created role of Sr. Director- HR Strategic Talent Partnerships. In this role, he has responsibility for creating a talent eco-system leveraging partnerships with local high schools, key higher education organizations (Ivy Tech Community College and Purdue University), and state entities associated with Indiana’s Biotech Hub activities.
Sarah Iglehart, KSM
Sarah Iglehart is managing director of government advisory with Katz, Sapper & Miller. Sarah works closely with local, state, and federal government clients to help them achieve their goals and build brighter futures for their communities. Sarah is a dedicated community leader with more than a decade of experience in economic development, tax incentives, strategic planning, and relationship building. She puts that experience to work for her clients by helping build consensus among diverse stakeholders, developing creative solutions to problems, and bringing organization and clarity to community challenges. Throughout her career, Sarah has spearheaded business attraction and expansion
initiatives, collectively generating more than $4 billion in capital investment and facilitating the creation of more than 26,000 new jobs in Indiana.
Prior to joining KSM, Sarah worked at the Indy Chamber for seven years, where she most recently served as senior vice president of regional economic development. In that role, Sarah oversaw Indy Partnership, the regional economic development organization housed within the Indy Chamber, and was instrumental in helping attract companies, talent, jobs, and capital investment to the Indianapolis region. Sarah also previously worked as a senior project manager for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and as a senior government consultant for a top 10 accounting firm.
